A citizen of Asia and a resident of Australia\, he works across borders and now volunteers to curate emerging programs. Starting in 1990 as a Lecturer at RMIT University\, he became Associate Professor and Discipline Head by 2003.\nIn 2011\, Phillip became the founding Professor of Chiropractic at Central Queensland University\, where he established Australia’s first chiropractic program in a regional city. He retired in 2014 due to illness but has since recovered.\nPhillip has developed and managed chiropractic curricula in eight programs across five countries\, ensuring accreditation compliance. He has influenced programs in Asia and served as President of the Tokyo College of Chiropractic from 2018. His second textbook\, A Philosophy of Chiropractic\, is now available online.
