A citizen of Asia and a resident of Australia\, he works across borders and now volunteers to curate emerging programs. Starting in 1990 as a Lecturer at RMIT University\, he became Associate Professor and Discipline Head by 2003.\nIn 2011\, Phillip became the founding Professor of Chiropractic at Central Queensland University\, where he established Australia’s first chiropractic program in a regional city. He retired in 2014 due to illness but has since recovered.\nPhillip has developed and managed chiropractic curricula in eight programs across five countries\, ensuring accreditation compliance. He has influenced programs in Asia and served as President of the Tokyo College of Chiropractic from 2018. His second textbook\, A Philosophy of Chiropractic\, is now available online. The event will be proudly hosted by the WCCS Chapter at Life University. \nLife University\, established on October 1\, 1974\, has grown from its origins as a dedicated chiropractic (DC) program into a dynamic institution offering both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. While the university has expanded its academic offerings\, it remains deeply committed to excellence in chiropractic education\, proudly graduating approximately 2\,000 DC students annually. Beyond academics\, Life University fosters a lively campus spirit with a strong emphasis on athletics\, featuring competitive programs in rugby\, soccer\, basketball\, lacrosse\, swimming\, and more. The event will be proudly hosted by the WCCS Chapter at the Scotland Chiropractic College (SCC) and they are thrilled to welcome delegates from across the European region\, offering a fantastic program featuring inspiring speakers\, engaging workshops\, and a vibrant social itinerary. \nThe theme of this year’s event is “Unity Through Diversity.” We are hosting ten guest speakers from the UK and abroad\, including several who are internationally recognised leaders in their fields\, delivering a combination of lectures and practical workshops. \nThe programme covers the full breadth of chiropractic\, including technique\, philosophy\, science and research\, paediatrics\, business\, and life after graduation. \nRegistrations are now open.
