The Big Brother Program pairs chapters with a Regional Coordinator for web meetings, fostering connections among WCCS members. It aims to facilitate pre-event networking, guided by the Regional Coordinator, to share experiences, discuss programs, explore fundraising activities, and stay updated on upcoming events.
The Chiropractic Humanitarian Assistance Program (CHAP) helps promote community service within active chapters of the organisation. The committee promotes community service in active chapters, emphasising the significance of giving back and educating the public on spinal care. It also usually works together with World Spine Care. Would you like to be involved too?
The Disability Committee strives to ensure equal access to chiropractic education for everyone, regardless of ability. They assess available resources, identify gaps, research legal requirements, bridge communication between policymakers and educational platforms, and advocate for change. The LC is in charge of the WCCS Standard Operating Procedures and Policies (SOPPs) and is responsible for maintaining and enforcing the SOPPs, by-laws and the values of the organisation. They ensure that the Team of Officials and members of the organisation stay accountable to all legislative matters. Want to learn more about it?
Working closely with the Director of Public Relations, the committee actively promotes WCCS, chiropractic care, and overall health on social media and online platforms. They are engaged in WCCS-supported campaigns, such as SDGs and World Spine Day, while consistently improving marketing strategies and online presence. If you have a creative spirit, social media expertise, marketing experience, or a desire to engage, reach out to our Director of Public Relations.
The Sponsorship Committee plays a pivotal role in orchestrating and supervising the acquisition of international sponsors for the WCCS. It adapts its approach and strategies to align with the unique needs and objectives of the organisation or specific events. Post-acquisition, they maintain relationships, fulfil agreements, address sponsor concerns, and express gratitude for support. Interested or have questions? Get involved!
Considering a career abroad? The Work Abroad Committee is here to assist you! Their primary aim is to create an extensive database outlining chiropractic practice requirements worldwide. This resource aids chiropractors seeking international work opportunities, and facilitating their transition process. We are actively seeking volunteers to contribute to this program. Intrigued? Please contact our director of Internal Affairs.
