Organisational Structure & Leadership
The Team of Officials (ToO), consisting of the Board of Directors (BoD), the Legislative Committee (LC) and the Regional Coordinators (RC), is elected during the Annual General Meeting (AGM), ensuring genuine global representation for the WCCS.
The Board of Directors (BoD) BoD is an elected group of outstanding individuals entrusted by the Congress to carry out the visions, missions, objectives, and goals of the WCCS throughout their 1 year term. They represent the WCCS as well as their respective regions. The BoD consists of seven individuals, serving the following roles: President, Immediate Past President, Director of Secretariat, Director of Finance, Director of Public Relations, Director of Internal Affairs and Director of External Affairs.
The WCCS is organised into four regions: Africa, America, Europe, and Western Pacific. Each region is overseen by one or more Regional Coordinators, tasked with advancing the WCCS at a regional level and enhancing diversity within the organisation. Regional Coordinators are the bridge between chapters and the Team of Officials.
The Legislative Committee (LC) is in charge of the WCCS Standard Operating Procedures and Policies (SOPPs) and is responsible for maintaining and enforcing the SOPPs, by-laws and the values of the organisation. Moreover, they ensure that the Team of Officials (ToO) and members of the organisation stay accountable to all legislative matters.
