- Introduction By registering for an event organized by the World Congress of Chiropractic Students (WCCS), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your registration.
- Registration and Payment
- All registrations must be completed through the official WCCS registration portal.
- Payment (if applicable) must be made in full before the event.
- Registration is non-transferable without prior written consent from WCCS.
- A non-refundable fee will be required for each event, with the amount determined by WCCS based on the specific event. The fee and its due date will be communicated in the event section prior to registration.
- A due date for payment will be communicated for each event. If payment is not received by the due date, the registration will be nullified.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy Your booking is a contract. Cancellation and substitution requests must be made in writing to info@wccsworldwide.org. Where fees have been paid, cancellation charges will apply, as detailed below for all confirmed bookings:
- No refunds will be issued for any tickets that cost 20 CAD$ or less.
- A full refund will be issued where you cancel within 7 days of completing your registration (providing your event is more than 31 days away). This only applies for Early Bird Tickets.
- A full refund minus the non-refundable deposit – which is determined by the WCCS based on the specific event and will be communicated prior to registration – will be issued if you cancel after 8 days of completing your booking but more than 31 days before the event. This only applies for Early Bird and Regular Bird Tickets.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations notified within 31 days of the event. In case of serious adverse events like injury or illness that makes it impossible for you to attend the Congress physically, please provide a doctor’s note to the organizers in order to check possible refunds. In this case, the organizers will review and make an informed decision regarding each individual case; however, there is no guarantee regarding a refund or its amount. Should there be no refund or only a partial refund, please contact your travel insurance to see if any refund is possible from their side.
- The non-refundable deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- Any banking fees associated with refunds will be the responsibility of the registrant.
- Code of Conduct Participants must:
- Adhere to professional behavior during the event.
- Respect all attendees, speakers, and organizers.
